Dr. Shailja Trivedi is a multifaceted person. She’s an avid learner who is relentless in her pursuit of academia. Being completed her first Master’s in Food & Nutrition in 1991 she pursued her second Masters in 2009 in Yoga to expand her horizons. She was also awarded Doctor of Philosophy in 2015 for her extensive work in successfully managing anemia in adolescent girls with proper nutrition and yoga. She strives everyday to apply her education to further the advancement in understanding of ways to tackle and treat diseases in the most natural way possible. Dr. Trivedi has been running her own business i.e. therapeutic yoga classes in Bhopal for the last 20 years. She is also a registered dietician who serves as a consultant at various hospitals in Bhopal including the prestigious, Bansal Hospital. She is a pre-natal, post-natal, and infertility consultant at Bansal Hospital.Dr. Trivedi specializes in treatment of spinal injury, arthritis, inflamed joints, sleep disorders, breathing problems as well as eating disorders. Her science driven approach and relentless passion towards her patients and students alike is what has created Dr. Trivedi into a brand name among health professionals in Bhopal.
